The Research Helpline connects to staff who can resolve simple queries immediately using information on the Research Gateway as well as a constantly evolving repository of Knowledge Based Articles and Frequently Asked Questions.
For more complex matters, Research Helpline staff will refer the inquiry to appropriate specialist support across the University, actively tracking progress of the query and ensuring resolution.
