PARADISEC

PARADISEC (The Pacific and Regional Archive for Digital Sources in Endangered Cultures) offers a facility for digital conservation and access to endangered materials from all over the world. PARADISEC accepts deposits from linguists, ethnographers, ethnomusicologists, and other researchers, and digitally stores these materials for safe keeping and long-term accessibility. Researchers can specify conditions on the access and use of their data, and only registered users can access primary records.

PARADISEC also acts as a digital archive of data and records of some of the many small cultures and languages of the world.
