The Statistical Consulting Centre offers guidance on statistical methods to researchers from any discipline across the University. Expert consultants can provide one-on-one advice to assist with any stage of a quantitative research project from study design and data collection to analysis, modelling, and reporting. Support with using common statistical software packages is also available, including R, Genstat, Minitab, SPSS and Stata.
Available to all University of Melbourne academic staff and eligible graduate research students.
Eligible graduate research students can receive 10 free hours of support. UoM staff pay a subsidised fee for this service. External collaborators can also access data analytics expertise for a fee. Submit an enquiry to the Statistical Consulting Centre.
