The Distributed and Reflective Informatics System (DaRIS) is a biomedical imaging data management application, primarily used for the storage, processing and curation of data from imaging scanners like MRI and PET/CT.
You can directly upload DICOM or other imaging data from scanners / instruments, process this data in the DaRIS web interface, and subsequently dispatch it to other analysis or computational systems (e.g., Spartan – High Performance Computing).
Available to all University of Melbourne research staff and graduate research students. External collaborators will need a UoM account to access DaRIS.

Please note that a connection to the University's VPN is required when accessing the Research Computing Portal off-campus.
