OneDrive

OneDrive is part of Microsoft Office 365 and provides secure cloud storage for research data and research records that can be accessed anywhere, on any device. Your OneDrive can be synced to any device, allowing for ease of online and offline viewing and editing of files. Files or folders can be shared with or edited by others, and full integration with Word, Excel and other Microsoft products helps support online and offline collaboration.

Note that OneDrive is not recommended for large or long-term collaborative research, as access to the OneDrive can be lost when a user leaves the University. OneDrive is also not to be used for archival, retention purposes as backups cease when a user leaves the University. The use of SharePoint or Teams is recommended in these cases.
